Custom Claw Machine Branding Guide

BUYER GUIDE

Custom branding works best when the buyer separates visual changes from electrical and mechanical configuration. A clear brief helps the factory estimate cost and lead time faster.

Start with the base cabinet

Choose the closest model before changing colors or graphics. The base model controls dimensions, prize space, control layout and packaging.

Prepare brand assets

Send logo files, color references, language requirements and examples of where the artwork should appear.

  • Header panel
  • Side panels
  • Control area
  • Prize door
  • Packaging label

Confirm payment and language labels

Artwork should not be approved before the payment hardware, play price, local language and safety labels are clear.

Approve with a written record

Request a drawing, rendering or approval photo showing the final cabinet color, logo placement and required labels.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need print-ready artwork before asking for a quote?

No. For the first quote, send logo, color direction and required surfaces. Final print files can be prepared after model confirmation.

Can the machine color match my brand?

Cabinet color can be discussed by model and quantity. Provide color references such as Pantone, RAL or clear photos.

Does branding change lead time?

It can. Artwork approval, printing and sample confirmation may add time, so include the target delivery date in the inquiry.
