Define the test-order objective
A test order should answer specific questions about player response, payment operation, refill workflow, service access and uptime. Identify which models and measurements will decide whether the buyer expands the order.
Plan packing volume before fixing the mix
A mixed product list can be commercially attractive but inefficient to ship if cabinet sizes and packing methods do not use the available volume well. Request packed dimensions and gross weight for each selected model before approving the final mix.
Ask for repeat-order controls
For distribution or multi-location projects, record the approved model, electrical standard, payment interface, artwork version and spare parts. A controlled repeat-order specification reduces variation when the next batch is produced.
